• Don’t remove the old tool until ConsentBit is fully tested.
• Export existing consent records from the old tool. Most CMPs support CSV export of consent logs , keep these for your audit trail.
• If you use IAB TCF, confirm the old tool was producing TCF v2.3 strings (anything older is invalid as of Feb 28, 2026).
